The service provides software and web-based tools for RP communities, including owner workspaces, community portals, plan-controlled features, integrations, and supporting operational functionality.

3. Accounts and Access

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and administrative access.
• You may not share access in ways that create security or abuse risks.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account or credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or malicious activity.
• Do not attempt to bypass permissions, plans, limits, or security controls.
• Do not use the service in a way that harms the platform, other communities, or third parties.
• Do not upload or process content you do not have the right to use.

5. Plans, Billing, and Suspension

Features, limits, and availability may depend on your assigned plan and billing status. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for non-payment, abuse, policy violations, security risks, or legal reasons.

Trial access may be limited, modified, or ended at any time. Paid access, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and grace periods may depend on the commercial terms offered to your community at the time of purchase or activation.

6. Third-Party Services

The service may interact with third-party providers such as Discord, hosting platforms, analytics tools, and game-related systems. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

7. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights in the service, except for content and data you lawfully provide. You retain your rights in your content, but you grant us the rights reasonably necessary to host, process, secure, and display that content as part of the service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with every environment or third-party service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security risks, or use the service unlawfully or abusively. You may stop using the service at any time.

11. Governing Law

To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Consumer-protection rights that apply mandatorily in your home country remain unaffected where required by law.
